When to expect a response
I’ve already submitted my flexible working request but I’m unsure of any legal timings of when I should expect an initial response. Is there a set outline my employer should be sticking to? Other than needing to wrap up the process within three months overall?
I’ve requested a three day working week (currently doing four days). I’m currently on my second maternity leave and my daughter will be starting school next year so I’m thinking ahead. I really hope that it is accepted. My initial conversation with my manager was very positive but she may not have expected me to move so quickly with my request, so I hope she really meant it!
Any advice with timings would be gratefully received. Thank you
