    Hi there,
    I am hoping for some advise. I am in the process of formally documenting my flexible work request. Prior to maternity leave I had an informal 2 day a week work from home arrangement due to my long commute. The boss I agreed this with has since left the business. My question is - can this informal arrangement be used as a precedent for a formal arrangement post mat leave? Does this arrangement need to be in place for a specific period of time for it to classify as precedent?
