    I am long overdue a well-earned promotion.
    I have approached my employer about this. Though it will be considered, it raises some questions because I job share. Do we both deserve a promotion? Can one be promoted above the other? Is it then a job share?
    How can I tackle these sorts of questions with my manager and work towards a fair outcome?
